FAQ
How does the automatic fire extinguishing system work?
The system continuously monitors fire-related conditions such as cable temperature, ambient temperature, and smoke. When the preset fire conditions are detected, the extinguishing device can automatically activate and discharge the extinguishing agent to suppress the fire quickly.
What activation methods are available?
Depending on the model, the system supports multiple activation methods, including automatic over-temperature activation, logic activation, remote activation, and manual emergency activation. The thermal detection cable can also activate the device when the temperature exceeds 170°C.
What communication options are available?
Different versions are available with RS485, LoRa, and 4G communication. The system can transmit monitoring data to a control host or cloud platform, allowing users to check system status and remotely manage the fire protection system.
Where can this fire extinguishing device be used?
The system is mainly designed for enclosed or relatively enclosed spaces such as electrical cabinets, distribution panels, control cabinets, switchgear, communication equipment, power facilities, energy storage systems, and other electrical installations requiring automatic fire protection.
How do I choose the correct fire extinguisher size?
The model should be selected according to the protected enclosure volume and required extinguishing agent quantity. Different models are available for protection spaces ranging from small electrical cabinets to enclosures of approximately 3 m³. Contact us with your cabinet dimensions, and we can recommend the appropriate model.
Is the fire extinguisher easy to install?
Yes. The compact design allows installation directly inside electrical or control cabinets. Depending on the model, installation methods include 3M adhesive, strong magnetic mounting, or screw fixing, making it suitable for both new projects and retrofit applications.

How Does an Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device Work?
The QRR0.01G Automatic Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device is designed to detect and suppress fires at their earliest stage inside enclosed spaces such as electrical cabinets, distribution panels, control boxes, server racks, and communication equipment.
The device operates independently without external power, batteries, or wiring. Dual thermal probes continuously monitor the temperature inside the protected enclosure. When the temperature reaches 170°C ±5°C, the thermal activation mechanism automatically triggers the aerosol generator within 15 seconds.
Once activated, the device rapidly releases a fine potassium-based aerosol agent that disperses throughout the enclosure and interrupts the chemical chain reaction of combustion at the molecular level. The generated aerosol fills the protected space within seconds, extinguishing the fire before it can spread to surrounding equipment.
Unlike traditional water, foam, or powder extinguishers, the aerosol agent leaves no conductive residue, making it safe for sensitive electronic components, circuit boards, communication equipment, and electrical systems. With a compact DIN rail design and up to 10 years of maintenance-free service life, it provides reliable automatic fire protection for critical industrial and electrical applications.

Electrical Cabinet Fire Risks: Why Early Fire Suppression Matters
Electrical cabinet fires are one of the most common causes of equipment damage, production downtime, and unexpected operational losses in industrial and commercial facilities. Because these fires often start inside enclosed spaces, they can remain undetected until significant damage has already occurred.
Common causes of electrical cabinet fires include:
- Loose or damaged wiring that generates excessive heat and electrical arcing.
- Overloaded circuits causing conductors and components to overheat.
- Aging insulation materials that deteriorate over time and increase the risk of short circuits.
- Poor electrical connections that create resistance and localized hot spots.
- Dust accumulation and contamination inside cabinets, which can ignite when exposed to high temperatures.
- Component failures in breakers, contactors, power supplies, or control equipment.
Once a fire starts inside an electrical cabinet, the enclosed environment allows heat and smoke to build rapidly, increasing the risk of fire spreading to adjacent equipment and causing extensive system failures.
Installing an aerosol fire extinguishing device directly inside the cabinet provides immediate automatic fire suppression at the source. Activated by high temperature, the system responds within seconds to extinguish the fire before it can spread, helping protect critical equipment, reduce downtime, and minimize maintenance costs.
Whether used in electrical distribution cabinets, switchgear panels, UPS systems, telecom cabinets, battery enclosures, or industrial control panels, early fire detection and suppression is essential for maintaining operational safety and business continuity.
